Same-day care options

Know before you go. Save time and money.

There’s nothing more important than getting you the care you need when you need it. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 or go to the emergency department. For COVID-19 testing, you need a provider order and an appointment.

For everything else, you have same-day and virtual options that are often faster (and cheaper). Learn more about these options, and when it makes the most sense to go to urgent care or the emergency department.

Virtual urgent care

Virtual urgent care is a great place to start for minor to moderate illnesses or injuries.

Be seen quickly, right from home.

Walk-in clinics

For in-person care, visit a walk-in clinic location near you. Many offer evening and weekend hours. You can also save your spot online at our two retail walk-in clinics, located inside the Hudsonville and Wyoming Meijer stores.

Primary care

Many offices are offering even more same-day appointments, and evening and weekend hours. We can even help you find an appointment at a different location near you, if needed. Every office has 24/7 support for questions, concerns and prescription refills. In-person, virtual and e-visits are available.

Urgent care

Open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm.

For care that can’t wait, because of a moderate injury that may also need lab or radiology; or illness that needs attention right away but isn’t quite a true emergency.

Emergency department

If you believe your condition to be life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
