Payment plans

We can work with you to create interest-free payment plans customized to meet your needs and outstanding balances. If you need extra time to pay for your care, we have partnered with Commerce Bank to offer Health Services Financing (HSF®) accounts enabling a simple, affordable way to pay your medical bills over a time period of up to 60 months.

Patients and families are eligible for HSF® regardless of whether you have insurance, and without requiring a credit check. There are no set-up fees or interest. For more information, please review these frequently asked questions and answers. You can enroll by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives at 833.261.4563. If your balance is $250 or more, you can also self-enroll here.

Some Spectrum Health patients without health insurance opt to pay for their health care on their own. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.

Payment is due in full within 30 days of receiving the first bill from Spectrum Health per the Patient Responsible Balance Billing and Collection Policy (multiple languages). Unable to pay within 30 days? We can help you arrange a payment plan that works for you.
