Sometimes it can be inconvenient to take a trip to the doctor’s office. In many cases, there’s no need for one. Virtual options are available for nearly every need:

For some virtual appointments with a Grand Rapids specialist, you’ll need to travel to a regional Corewell Health hospital or clinic. A professional there will set up reliable technology for you and may perform a basic in-person physical exam. Ask your care team for more information.

There are options to consider when making your next Corewell Health primary care or specialty care appointment. Skip the drive. Save the time.

E-visit

An E-Visit allows you to receive medical care by answering questions in MyChart without needing an appointment. A provider will review your responses and reply with their recommendations within two weekdays.

Your insurance will be billed if appropriate and the most you will be charged is $25.To conduct an E-Visit, login to your Corewell Health MyChart account and select “E-Visit.”

Video visit

See your primary care physician, advanced practice provider or specialist by video from wherever it’s convenient for you from anywhere in Michigan. It’s the same care, even better.
