The goal of our better balance program is to help you remain mobile, safe and independent in your home. To achieve this, our multidisciplinary team, including a certified vestibular therapist who is available for consultation, will evaluate your situation and create a personalized fall prevention plan. Virtual therapy, in addition to in-person visits, may be used for a home exercise program or fall prevention education. Together, we work with you on balance improvement and reducing the risk of falls.
