What is the best way to lose weight and flatten my stomach?
Sarah*

Unfortunately, it's impossible to pick and choose where on your body you are going to lose weight. When you lose weight, you lose it all over your body, not in one particular spot.

To achieve a flatter stomach, be sure to eat a healthy diet, watch portion sizes, and exercise regularly. In addition to cardio activities like running or biking, core exercises like crunches and push-ups, which don't require a gym, can help you tone up your stomach and upper body.
