Poison Information for Parents

What Is a Poison?

A poison is anything someone eats, breathes or gets in the eyes or on the skin that can cause sickness or death. Poisons are found in four forms: solid, liquid, spray or gas.

Parents and caregivers must remain vigilant to keep all poisons and drugs out of the sight and reach of children.
