Child Life Professional Opportunities (Internship and Practicum Program)
In order to better align our student programming with the recent updated recommendations from Child Life Council, we will not be accepting practicum students or interns for the summer and fall semesters in 2012. Applications for the winter 2013 internship will be available at the end of May 2012 (due date will be Sept 5, 2012). Applications for the summer 2013 practicum will be available at the end of December 2012 (due date will be in early March 2013).

Community Visitor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time to provide activity for our patients and families. Please read our visitor letter and visitor guidelines before completing and submitting an application before you plan a visit to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
Community Performers Guidelines
Individuals or groups interested in performing for our patients and families are encouraged to complete the Community Performers Application. In order to accommodate as many interested community groups as possible, we ask that you only request a visit once every 6 months.
