Getting StartedYour child must be referred by your primary care physician, (or through a referral made while your child was admitted to the hospital) to be treated through our neurodevelopmental pediatric program.
When you are scheduled for an evaluation, our staff will let you know how long to plan for the assessment process. We know that it can be challenging to meet the needs of siblings when caring for your child's condition, but we request that you arrange for other care for siblings while your child is being evaluated. If we will be seeing twins (or any multiples), it is also recommended that an additional caregiver attend the evaluation with you. These recommendations allow you and the team a more focused setting to answer questions and share important information.
